It's sleeveless with a high neck, spaghetti straps, and a tie closure at the back of the neck. The front has a beautiful embroidered motif, in a rainbow of beautiful hues. It has blue lace detailing around the bottom hem, the neck, and the sleeves. The tie is made from a matching blue cord. It's 98% polyester, and 2% spandex but it doesn't really have any stretch, however it's a nice flowy top that tapers outward so it's not really an issue.
