Shipping policy

Items generally ship within 24 hours, but can take up to three days. (Shipping time excludes holidays and weekends.)

Once an item has shipped the order can no longer be cancelled.

We ship to both the US and Internationally, and shipping is calculated at checkout. 

We use USPS for domestic shipping, and Ascendia for International shipping.

Sales tax is collected on eligible orders in the US.

International orders may be subject to import duties, tax, VAT, etc., as those are not paid at checkout.
