Beautiful collectible vintage cobalt glass silver plate salt shaker by F.B. Rogers. Its made of a cobalt glass, and has a beautiful and intricate metal overlay with delicate filigree. It has a metal holed shaker top. There is moderate wear, chipping, and tarnish is some spots. Please see photos.
