Vintage collectible Liberty Bell necklace by Rafalian.
It's on a silver tone chain with a spring ring closure. It has a large round pendant made of silver tone metal. It's in the shape of a wreath with the Liberty Bell in the middle. The back is signed Rafalian Cranston, RI. Lovely collector's piece!
