It's made of a gold tone metal with a brushed finish. The bottom is cream with four compartments. The lid has has 4 clock faces with moveable hands so you can put the time that you need to take your medicine. The numbers and notches are foiled. The foil on the 12s is starting to wear off, and there are small pen marks in the compartments. There is are also some scuffs, marks, and wear o n the bottom. See photos.
