Beautiful and collectible vintage micro mosaic Italian floral pillbox. It's got a hinged lid. The exterior has floral embossing, and has micro mosaic floral on the lid. The inside is marked Villani Italy. There are two little pieces of the mosaic missing on the blue flower, a bit of green on the hinge, and the inside of the box needs cleaning. See photos.
