Gorgeous vintage beaded clutch by Mantessa. It was handmade in Japan. The exterior is a silk-like fabric that is covered completely in lustrous gold glass beads. The back of the clutch is all gold, while the front has an accent portion, and a more intricate beading weave. It has a gold tone chain attached, and closes with a gold tone kissing clasp. The interior is made from a light yellow silk like fabric, with a slightly darker yellow around the closure frame. There's a 3.5 inch open pocket with the Mantessa label sewn onto it. There is a brown stain in the bottom of the purse (pictured), but it can only been seen when open and empty. It doesn't affect the functionality of the clutch, and it doesn't carry through to the outside. It's still an amazing, beautiful vintage piece.
Condition: Pre-Owned Good
All beads are still in tact, and there doesn't seem to be any snags or fraying. There is a stain on the inside of the bag at the bottom.
