It's on a silver tone chain with a spring ring clasp. It has a silver tone bunny pendant with intricate details, and big green and black eyes. This pendant did have glasses that you could move up and down, however the glasses are missing. Despite the glasses being missing, the pegs for the hingers are still attached to the back of the pendant, so it is possible to repair.
