The underlining is green, and has a tulle fringe to give the skirt some lovely poof. The top lining is a from a smooth silky fabric in the same green as the underlining. The outer layer is made from beautiful black floral mesh, with prismatic glitter in the middle of the flowers. It has a black satin-like gathered waist, pulling the whole dress together.
