Classic 90s vintage flame tank top from Anchor Blue. It's sleeveless and made of a stretchy nylon fabric. It has a flame design on the front. It used to be super glittery, but over time a lot of the glitter has shed off. The flame print is still prominent, but the glitter is now subtle rather than super bright. See photos.
