It's from the 1950s, and it was made in England. It's a heavy plastic brush with a handle that's shaped like the head and neck of a duck. These originally came with a stand that looked like the body and feet of a duck, but I don't have the stand for it. It's beak and eyes are painted, but there is considerable wear to the paint from use, so there is a lot of paint chipping on the beak, and a little on the eyes. The bristles are made from real hair. The back says "Made In England All Hair". Fun collectible piece!
