It's on a black leather band with a tan underside. The case is silver tone, and the face is pale yellow. It has a vintage style Mickey in a Santa hat and scarf, and he's hanging a yellow star right about the number 12. The back says Special Edition Collector's Series Walt Disney World. There is light wear on the strap, and it has NOT been tested. See photos.
