Retro Bohemian fiesta necklace by Premier Designs.
It's on a gold tone chain with a lobster clasp closure, and a Premier Designs crown hang tag. It has 3 curved bars at the front with faux gem accents, and faux pearl or gold tone metal charm fringe. There are three layers - one light blue, pink, and teal. Each of the layers has two lobster clasps (one on each end) so they can be removed, have the order changed, etc. Super fun!
