Cute and versatile black cargo skirt from New York & Company. It's in a lightweight black cotton fabric, and has a zipper and button fly closure. It has two pockets on the front at the hips, and two back pockets. The front pockets are open, and the back pockets have working button closure. The fabric isn't stretchy so it doesn't have an give, however it does have an adjustable drawstring at the waist so it can be cinched to a smaller size. Great for 90s, Y2K, and gothic looks!
