Funky and preppy nautical midi skirt by Liz Claiborne. It's in a grey fabric with the slightest hint of blue. It has a side zip closure, and blue scalloped ribbon along the top and bottom of the waist band. The bottom edge of the skirt has a row of painted sail boats around it, with embroidered boat details, as well as embroidered waves, clouds, and seagulls. There is a blue zigzag ribbon just underneath the boats that matches the ribbon at the waist band. Super fun!
