Fun and functional silver hinge lid pillbox. The outside is made of a bright silver tone metal, and the lid is engraved with the phrase "Laughter is the best medicine". It might be silver plated, but it's not marked and hasn't been tested. The inside is white, and is split into two compartments. There is a mirror on the inside of the lid. The bottom is textured, and there is some discolouration on the hinge. See photos.
