It has a sticker on the bottom that says \"Irving W Rice & Co Inc. NYC Made in West Germany\". It made of heavy clear crystal, and the inside of the bottle is a gorgeous pinkish red. The lid has a delicate gold filigree, and it has a large floral leaf accent on top adorned with rhinestones and faceted crystals in red, and clear aurora borealis. The outside of the lid has glass microbead trim, but some of the beads are starting to come off in spots. The lid doesn't fit on the bottle. The bottle portion has screw threading, but the part inside the lid that it threads on to is missing. There is glue on both the lid and the bottle that looks like the previous owner may have glued it back on at some point. (Only a guess, it wasn't me.) 2 aurora borealis crystals, and one red crystal are missing, and there is some tarnishing on the metal pieces of the lid. Please see photos for pictures of damage and wear. This is perfect for anyone who loves collecting and restoring these types of things. Also great for upcycling! Lovely West Germany piece!
