It's sleeveless, but has lace ruffles along the edges of the straps giving the illusion of sleeves. It has a square neck hem, and the entire chest area from the neck hem up to the neck is filled with black floral lace. It has a slit open on the back of the bodice, and it fastens at the neckline with two buttons. Perfect for romantic gothic looks!
