Super cute and retro navy floral romper by Faded Glory. It's made of a soft, stretchy navy blue fabric. It's sleeveless, and has a fitted waist with an elastic waistband. The waist has a decorative bow that looks like it should be attached to a drawstring, but it's purely for decoration. The front has a white lace applique at the neckline. You can see in the photos that the bottom corner of the applique is folded over a bit, but it should be able to be ironed back down.
