Vintage 90s punk goth plaid skirt from Express World Brand.
It's in a red and black plaid wool fabric, and it's got a kilt style look. The lining and accent side are made of a slick black nylon fabric, and it has two buckles that go across to fasten the sides together. It also has a Velcro closure on the inside of the front. Perfect for authentic 90s punk and gothic looks!
