It's on antiqued gold tone chain, and has a toggle clasp at the bottom of the part that loops around the neck. From the clasp there are two long chains with tassels at the end with various charms. One side has a rainbow rhinestone cross, three seashells, a cabochon with the letter "P", a cobalt glass bead, faux coins, and a medallion that says "Excellence" The other side has a blue glass bead, three seashells, and a medallion that says "Lifetime".
