It's made of lightly polished wood, and has hand carved details. The front and back edges have a bit of a decorative wiggle to them, while the sides are flat. The lid has a gorgeous tree of life carved into it. The lid has gold tone hinges, and the inside is spacious. There is a bit of the original price sticker on the bottom. See photos.
